Shipping Methods

 

Shipping Carriers
For shipments within Japan, we use Sagawa Express and Japan Post.
For shipments to countries and regions outside Japan, we use DHL and FedEx.
For some regions, we may use Japan Post.

Non-Deliverable Areas
We may be unable to ship to certain areas. In such cases, we will cancel your order.

Receiving Method
To prevent fraud, we ship using a “Recipient-Only Delivery” method. Please understand that we cannot deliver the product if we cannot verify your identity.

Returns
If an order is returned due to non-delivery, we will charge the shipping costs for both delivery and return, plus a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the item price.

If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from placing an order.

 


Shipping Processing

Orders within Japan are typically processed within 2 business days. Orders outside Japan are typically processed within 3 business days (business days are Monday through Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or Japanese national holidays. All shipments originate from Japan.


Delivery Period

The delivery periods displayed on our website are average estimates based on our experience in business days. Please note that the 72-hour shipping processing period is separate from the delivery period. During peak seasons like Christmas and New Year, shipping and processing may take additional time.

Possible customs delays are not included in estimated delivery times. If you reside in a country with strict customs, please allow extra time for clearance.

We do not provide compensation for delays or incidents caused by carriers or customs during transit.

If your package takes significantly longer than expected to arrive, please contact our support team and the shipping carrier with your tracking number. Even if your package is already at the carrier's warehouse or held for customs inspection, the tracking status may not be updated correctly.

Pre-Order Items

For pre-order items, please check the date listed in each item's title and description. Release dates for products in Japan often change, so please check announcements for updates. During new product launches, high order volumes may cause shipping delays.

If you order both pre-order and in-stock items together, we may need to cancel your order temporarily and ask you to place separate orders. This is because preparing pre-order items can take a long time.

Important Notes

· Multiple orders from the same customer may be shipped together in one package. If you always need orders separated for customs or other reasons, please contact us.

· Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
· Before purchasing, please check with your country's customs office to determine the amount of these additional fees (Incoterms are DAP・DDU).
· These fees are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery or when you pick up the goods. Do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.
· We will not undervalue the item or declare it as a “gift.” Such practices are prohibited by U.S. and international government regulations.
· If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, coverage is determined according to the shipping carrier's terms. If you wish to purchase additional insurance for your package, please contact our store.
