Refund policy
A 10-day return policy applies. This means you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions regarding the shipping method and destination for the package. We cannot accept items returned before requesting a return.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action.
Exchanges
If there is a problem with your item, we will arrange for a return and exchange immediately. We do not accept exchanges for customer convenience.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
